Formed in 2001 by five business partners passionate about fine wine, Barons V currently offers two wines—Barons V Cabernet Sauvignon and Vine & Sun, a Bordeaux-style red table blend. While vintages are normally available only to a private mailing list and select wine shops & fine restaurants, the 2007 vintage marks the first time since the company’s inception that the public will be offered this wine directly.
