Barons V Cabernet Sauvignon is made of grapes from the finest vineyards in Washington’s Columbia Valley and Red Mountain appellations. Our signature Cabernet is aged in 100% new American oak for approximately two years, and an additional year in bottle before its release. Although the wine is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, it is blended with small percentages of Cabernet Franc, Merlot & Petit Verdot to intensify the wine’s structure.
